"I checked out Soleil beauty salon yesterday after work and was very pleasantly surprised by this new neighborhood gem. I work upstairs in the apparel building and had received their flyer last week. I stopped in during my lunch break to check it out and was very warmly greeted by a blonde woman named Alana. I believe she may have been the owner. She gave me a tour and showed me their menu, prices, told me a little about her background. Right off the bat - it was a great impression. I didn't have any time to get anything done so I made an appointment for later in the evening after work. She recommended I start with a "perfection facial" I hadn't had one in ages so I figured why not treat myself in light of the new year. I wasn't sure what to expect exactly, all I knew is that I didn't want to come out of it looking like a tomato. Sure enough, it was fabulous! She started with cleansing, moved on to some fancy facial massages that seem to have taken years off my face. The smell of the paprika was the best part. It was warm and invigorating. I definitely feel a change in my skin and its texture. The treatment was $80 but I got a discount for working in the building and also for being a new customer :) It was all together a great experience and Soleil is definitely a great new addition to our neighborhood. I'm looking forward to trying their nails next and maybe a blowout."

Love this place! They took me right away and the staff was incredibly personal and friendly. The menu is extensive and the prices are great. Definitely my go to salon in downtown LA.

"This place is a lot bigger on the inside than it appears! The staff is SO friendly which is exactly what i look for in a salon, none of that snooty atmoshpere. Has great deals on tanning and different bed options which is a first in downtown LA. It's still a little quiet in there but that's because they just opened. Megan did my eyebrows, she was awesome; super friendly and great energy! Overall the place has an awesome atmosphere and great variation of services."

"I had a facial done with Alina, the salon/spa owner. Once again she did a wonderful job! She takes her time to analyze your face and customizes the facial treatment to your skin needs. She is VERY detailed and does not miss a blemish! She is also very knowledgable, with years of experience, and knows exactly what is your good for different types of skin. I have been her client for over five years and have followed her where ever she works at the moment. She is just irreplaceable! You will not regret booking a treatment with her! She also has great skin products. I always purchase vitamin A and C serums and for a great price too!"
